The Book of THoTH was created perhaps to provide a venue for those interested in the paranormal. It is a gathering place for those who wish to share and discuss the topics that are not normally acceptable in most social settings.

Even though paranormal discussions are becoming more common, it is still not an easy thing to walk up to people you do not know well and ask them if they have seen any UFOs lately.

Of course, as we are discovering more and more, the members at Book of THoTH are not just those who are interested in UFOs. There have been a wide range of discussions in and out of the paranormal realm.

While readings and discussions of ghosts are still popular, there are also discussions about politics, history, and the human condition.

One area that has been growing is displaying of the wonderful work of artists. There are the music artists who do their own music and lyrics. There are also the artists who have created beautiful artwork on canvas and on the computer.

It has been a great pleasure to all of us who have had the opportunity to listen to music and view this original artwork that has been displayed at Book of THoTH.

Recently, a new area of creativity has surfaced. We have discovered that there are very talented authors of poetry and prose in our midst. These writings were being submitted mostly in the area of the forums called Creative Corner. Some of them are funny. Some are more thought provoking. All of them are enjoyable.

Thanks to the ability of the owner to be aware of the changing needs of the site, a new area has been created. This area is called Inspirations. It is a wonderful place for those who are experienced writers, as well as those who are new to the art of authoring poetry and prose, to proudly display their work.

All members are invited to submit their work. Upon approval, it will be added to the Inspirations area which can be accessed through the Poetry section of the Resources part of the main menu. Members are able to register as a member of Inspiration and enjoy this new area.
