lightworker writes "It has come to my attention that there are some of those among us on earth who have found the secrets to eternal youth and vitality, at least in this incarnation. The secret knowledge they have come cross would not seem to be a surprise to many... fruit. As Universal Law would have it, it seems we have fallen from grace and are bringing bad karma on ourselves by eating anything that had to suffer for our appetite.
That includes vegetables that live on roots, the roots are damaged at the time of harvest. The theory is that cooked food loses most of its nutritrional value due to enzyme destruction. When the food being cooked reaches 118 degrees, most or all of its nutritional value is lost. What we are left with is food that we eat and does us no good because its not nourishing us like it should as well as being a burden on the body because the body now has to expend energy it didnt have in the first place to digest it.
Fruit bypasses all those problems by supplying the body with a healthy dose of Life force energy or Chi. No nutritional value is lost and the body can function very well and is not bogged down by fruit. People who go on a fruitarian diet, which is 100% Fruits nuts and seeds, actually reverse in physical age. There are stories out there of people living to be 130, and people who are in old age who look as if they are a teenager.
It truly is amazing. The life force supplied by fresh fruit allows the aura to radiate with such potent energy its as if we become our own suns after our body has adapted to this fruitarian diet. I suggest all those interested save their bodies and souls now and turn back the hands of time and do some research on the net on the various methods you can accomplish the diet or a form of it. The best benefits of someone who is serious about this is that you will get your powers that were taken from you back, people will find out they are recieving paranormal gifts all of a sudden. This is the same diet Jesus Christ himself was on. People have even found that this diet eliminates just about all disease, including cancer. New hopes for those who take the initiative are now out there and discovered. More on this as it comes."

That was a fun read, but I'm not giving up the meat.
I've known a few different vegans and each of them seemed unhealthy. I seriously doubt that any of them will outlive me by any significant measure.
Also, predators play a vital role in the earth's ecosystem. If eating meat brings bad karma... then god is one cruel fella. There are a number of species on this planet who are completely adapted to a diet which is almost entirely composed of meat. Eating little more than fruit and grains would certainly be the death of most predatory critters. I'm rather fond of my cat, and I'm not willing to accept that she's accumulating bad karma with each meal.
I'm also sure that there are a number of people who eat meat and roots and still easily clear 100 years... my great-grandmother for example. That woman smoked, drank and ate anything that she wanted to eat. Come to think of it... she was extremely racist and a generally evil old hag. If ANYONE knows about bad karma... it's her.
I also remember reading about a North African ethnic group called the Nomadi. Seems that these Nomadi have average life-expectancies which are longer than those of the average Westerner. The Nomadi live on diets composed almost completely of meat and dairy... with fruits and grains making up the vast minority.
I hate to say it, but there is a seemingly infinite amount of medical data regarding humans. People can make that data say just about anything that they want it to.

I can't help but wonder how anyone knows exactly what diet Jesus was on. Is it written down somewhere....unaltered by man's many translations.
