Ever since I switched to the new beta blogger I've only had one issue. Sometimes someone leaves a comment, I get an e-mail telling me about it, but it never actually shows up on my blog. Anyone else having problems with comments not publishing?

Yes I have the same problem. Most of them do get displayed, but they take ages to go up. Apparently people get error messages too. Some comments just never appear, even though my Dashboard tells me the post has a comment. Not sure what to do yet.
Lo and behold that comment appeared instantly!
