QUANTUM MIND OF GOD OUT NOW

"We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter." Max Planck

"Deeper than What the Bleep and more profound than The Secret."

What is the meaning of existence? Is there a Grand Architect? Is there an ultimate truth searched for by countless generations and lost in the mists of time?

Today we have a new science, a new terminology to explain and expound upon the biggest beliefs and religious systems. It has become apparent that the truth and understanding of our inner-selves is, in the end, our ultimate quest. The void between belief and reality is indicative of the troubled planet we live on. As we all approach a dynamic future, the answers will emerge although they might not be what we?re expecting.

What is the meaning of existence?

Is there a god? A Grand Architect?

Is there a truth, searched for by countless generations and lost in the mists of time?

The drive to find the answer to the ultimate question may well be over, for today we have a new science, a new terminology to explain and expound upon the biggest of truths. The answer may not be what we expect. It may not be the god we have been led to believe in, but it may very well answer some of the most profound questions man as ever asked.

The truth of our very existence; the truth about our inner self and the answers to the ultimate question - does god exist - are about to be revealed.

John Steinbeck said in The Log from the Sea of Cortez, "Man is related inextricably to all reality, known and unknowable, plankton, a shimmering phospherescence on the sea and the spinning planets and an expanding universe, all bound together by the elastic string of time. It is advisable to look from the tide pool to the stars and then back to the tide pool again."

The universe is an awe inspiring place, filled with galaxies and yet also quite empty. Around 10 to 15 billion years ago existence began and time erupted into a void of nothingness with the comically named Big Bang. The term was in fact given by Fred Hoyle, the infamous astronomer, who paradoxically believed in a totally different concept he called the Steady State Theory, whereby the universe gradually emerges, rather than in one incredible explosion. Today, scientists have all-but proven the big bang theory with measurements of red and blue shift, the coming towards and going away noise seen in the red and blue edges of the light spectrum. In addition to this at the end of the last century scientists discovered background radiation signatures from the very first cosmic moments of the big bang.

In these early moments of a new existence the mathematical equations of all things were being worked out from the initial chaos. Mathematical laws underpin the fabric of the universe, not just atoms, but people, stars and galaxies. Inside every atom there are beautiful mathematical forces binding them together and these bind everything else - our skin, the land, the planets and gravity itself.

St Augustine himself said "The universe was brought into being in a less than fully formed state, but was gifted to transform itself from unformed matter into a truly marvellous array of structure and life forms."

That gifting, spoken of by St Augustine is now known by scientists as a mathematical equation, but this does not reveal a purpose - a why, instead it only reveals how it was formed.

A series of special numbers now exist which explain how all things work, from the atom to the largest sun. Gravity, electromagnetism, time, light and all-manner of phenomena emerged with interlinked and intertwined mathematical strands that unite all things to each other. What was created, was a wonderful structure often termed the Matrix.

"We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter." Max Planck

We as humans are poised at the very centre of this incredible force. It would take as many humans to make up the mass of our Sun as there are atoms within each one of us. This is perfection in a mathematically balanced nature and yet we are unaware of our special position. The sun is a billion metres in diameter and a molecule is a billionth of a metre. We are perfectly situated in between.

Our size and our position in the solar system is crucial for life to exist as it does. It is the nature of number that allows this wonder - an equation first formed in the original moments and according to Max Plank, mind of the big bang.

Molecules, living cells and minerals are all formed by atoms combining together in special mixes to create different substances. All are atoms, all are particles, all have sub-nuclear particles and the galaxies themselves are held in position by these sub-nuclear particles. What scientists do not yet know is the ultimate question for them - what is the synthesis between the cosmos and the quantum world. What is the thread that links the quantum to the cosmos?

It is because of division in language and perception that this answer cannot be found. But we will discover this secret thread and find that if we pull upon it, we shall unravel the mysteries of the universe.

Philip Gardiner is the international best-selling author of Gnosis, the Secret of Solomon?s Temple and The Ark the Shroud and Mary among others. He speaks at conferences across the globe, from the Australian Scientific and Metaphysical Symposium to Universities throughout Europe. He has been featured on the Discovery Channel and appeared on Fox News and hundreds of television and radio shows on his personal crusade to uncover the truth behind myths, legends and ancient mysteries.

Review by Malcolm Robinson of SPIUK

You know there are a number of great working researchers in the field of UFO research, many of them unsung heroes; Ryan S Wood is one of these. Ryan works tirelessly finding and assessing reports regarding crashes of ?flying saucers?. He not only seeks these reports from the United States, but searches for them from all corners of the Earth. Of course one would think that if these ?flying saucers? were travelling from other worlds or other dimensions that it would seem improbable that they would come so far only to crash on a foreign planet. Whilst that may seem a reasonable statement and assumption to make, there are reasons given (which I?ll come to shortly) that explains why crashes would happen. Of course for the Joe Bloggs or the proverbial ?man in the street? he is more likely to know about the crash at Roswell New Mexico than he is of the crash at Easter Somaliland in 1996 as depicted in this book. However, that said, this is a fantastic collection of ?alleged? UFO crashes brought together for public consumption and as such deserves your attention. OK, let us take a look at what?s going on here.

In Ryan?s introduction he informs the reader about the Government?s stance on the UFO situation and covers a number of documents pertaining to interesting UFO accounts and also discusses how under the Freedom of Information Act a plethora of documents and incidents which truly are eyebrow raising were released to the general public. For me the opening introduction chapter is by far the most interesting in the whole book for Ryan has really dug deep and turned up a plethora of facts and figures which just screams out to be read. An example in point is the SOM 1-01 Extraterrestrial Entities And Technology Recovery And Disposal document, classed as ?Top Secret/Majic Eyes Only. If this is a true document and not a ?plant? well jeez oh this is the document to top all documents. !

This book of course portrays worldwide UFO crashes and if truth be told, a number of them have limited and minimal information. The Llandegla Welsh case of December 1965 covers only half a page and to all intents and purposes seems more likely the result of a meteor hitting the Earth than a vehicle from outer space. Of course let us not forget that what may seem in some UFO crash reports as having normal explanations from meteor strikes to things falling from aircraft, hidden behind these cases may indeed be something else. I love that old saying ?Don?t throw the baby out with the bathwater?. As we know, the Governments of this world are more than capable in misguiding the public into believing something else happened in other matters and so it?s not without merit that they could do so again with this enigma.

But why do UFOs crash on Earth? Well let?s be realistic about things, even us lowly humans have accidents, the NASA space programme for instance with all its millions of dollars pushed into it, still had safety issues to contend with and a number of fatal mishaps occurred. Mankind has sadly seen numerous fatalities in aircraft disasters which sadly still occur to this day. Admittedly some are the result of human error whilst others are the result of faulty design or other problems with the manufacture. A particularly interesting UFO case concerns what was called the Los Angeles Air Raid of February 25th 1942 when a number of unidentified flying objects caused a succession of alerts throughout Southern California. Question were asked at the time about how could U.S. Coastal batteries fire for more than one hour at these UFOs (which were visible to hundreds of witnesses) and yet not hit anything ? Although, having said that, it later was uncovered (many many years later through FOIA documents,) that one downed UFO was found off the coast of California and also one in the San Bernardino Mountains. The documents stated that these objects were not of earthly design and in all probability were interplanetary in origin.

Then there is the case of Braxton County West Virginia during a September night in 1952. It initially started with fire ball reports and later turned into something straight out of the Twilight Zone, with monsters and aircraft shooting at a fleet of UFOs. This case received a ?HI? count ratio by the author underneath the title of the incident in the book. The author has carefully looked at the evidence (or what evidence we have) of each case in the book and put them into a category like speedometer which goes from LO to HI (depending on how good or bad the case research is) This is a clever way of showing to the reader on how good or bad the case stands with the information available. Yes a very clever way of doing it Ryan.

Of course with crashes, there follows that if manned there should be bodies, and there are. It?s not just Roswell we?re talking about here; we?re looking at a few other cases of what people have described as ?The Greys?. Small child like bodies being found either inside or outside the crashed Flying Saucer, take for instance the Santa Rosa New Mexico case from 1963. Some bodies were found from a crashed disc and taken to a nearby hospital (which is rare as usually the Military get in there first) Anyway they were taken to hospital oozing brown liquid, X Rays were taken of the ?aliens? and many a puzzled look from those few hospital staff who saw them were in evidence. Needless to say, within an hour the Air Force arrived and took away all the hospital staff notebooks and X rays which were still hanging up soaking wet. Other items were taken away from the hospital ambulance that had taken the bodies away, and of course the bodies were taken away as well.

There are a few British cases contained within the book as well, such as the Cannock Chase incident and the Boscombe Downs case, as well as Rendlesham and a few others. (Including the Isle of Lewis Scottish case) For me though, probably one of the stranger cases is the events which occurred over at Varginha in Brazil during January 1996. Some of the more learned UFOlogists amoungst us may know this case particularly well, but for those that don?t, well I won?t spoil it here by going into it, you?ll have to buy the book and find out. But it?s a cracker of a case.

The close of the book see?s the author again looking at U.S. Government documents in regards to what would be the procedure in telling the public about the reality of these objects. In the past, as the book shows, many U.S. Government departments planted false and very misleading info on true UFO events to take the public attention away from them. An interesting point is raised in regards to ?SHOULD WE? respond to an alien signal from outer space. The reason why ?Should? is stated, is simply because, how do we know that they might be friendly. ? They may come here for conquest. No seriously, if we did respond to an alien signal from space and welcomed them aboard as it were, they could be creatures which ?might? see us humans as delicacies. Now think about it, that?s not as absurd as it sounds. We humans kill many animals all over planet Earth to curb our hunger who?s to say that we may appear a yummy meal to some alien from a distant star system, so I guess there is method in hanging fire in replying to a signal from space.

The author goes further and states that British researcher Timothy Good was told by a NSA (National Security Agency) linguist that an agency (SIGINT) set up to look for ?alien? signals from space, had so far uncovered no less than nine alien groups. It was also stated that a possible receiving point for these signals from space, is either in Nevada or California (see page 232) The state department office of Advanced Technology stated that should there be any real confirmation of alien beings from other worlds, that information should be made freely available to the public, sadly the NSA jumped right in there and stated that this was both ?foolish and dangerous? Again we can see their point from what I?ve already stated above. We may only be a good meal for them, or alternatively, they may try and force their culture and belief system on our planet totally disrupting our current way of living, now that in itself is scary.

The author states that back in 1968 a chap called Lambros Callimahos wrote a paper discussing what may happen should mankind come in contact with an alien race, in part; this is what he had to say.

?If ?they? discover you, it is an old but hardly invalid rule of thumb ?they? are your technological superiors. Human history has shown us time and time again the tragic results of confrontation between a technologically superior civilization and a technologically inferior people. The ?Inferior? is usually subject to physical conquest?.

The book also looks at SETI and Animal Mutilations which brings up some interesting facts. However the author quite rightly states and I quote,

?SETI has been pursuing for decades. In the words of the X Files, the truth really is out there. However, we may find it not by vainly seeking messages from the stars, but by delving deep into the hidden world of U.S. Intelligence?.

Now you don?t need to be a rocket scientist to agree with this reviewer on how true that statement is. The author also presents in his closing chapter, some of the noted testimony from some of the early Apollo and Mercury space programme astronauts. For instance the late Gordon Cooper one of the original Mercury astronauts stated in his memoirs that whilst piloting a F-86 Sabrejet, he witnessed a metallic saucer shaped object that could out manoeuvre the American fighter planes. In the 1950?s Gordon managed to capture some film footage of a UFO as it hovered above a dry lake bed. Needless to say, the film was taken by officials to Washington and was never seen again.

All in all, this book by Ryan S Wood adds a lot to the UFOlogical history of the Flying Saucer phenomenon, more so in regards to its content of crashed Flying Saucers. I found it a very stimulating book, easy to read and well presented. Of course Ryan could only work on the facts that he had. Who knows, if further research were undertaken on any of the cases in this book, perhaps we might get a surprise. The thing is of course, is that many, if not all of these cases happened quite some time ago. The witnesses may have died or moved away from the area and are un-contactable. Nevertheless, this book should be in anyone?s bookcase, believer or sceptic alike for at the end of the day, a reference book like this on UFO crashes from around the world (and I?m sure there must be more than is contained within this book) is a vital read.

Therefore I strongly recommend this book, make a point of ordering it today, take it from me, you will not be disappointed.

Psychic Spies

Formerly secret documents show how the Ministry of Defence tried to recruit psychics, whose targets almost certainly included Osama Bin Laden and weapons of mass destruction
By Nick Pope

Introduction
Traditional methods of gathering intelligence include using satellites, intercepting communications and recruiting agents. Now, secret documents have emerged revealing that the Ministry of Defence (MoD) ran a covert project to recruit psychics, in the hope of tracking down people and items of interest to the government and the military.

Background
The technique is known as remote viewing and a search for the phrase on Google reveals nearly a million hits. Remote viewing is a technical term, but what it really means is trying to use psychic ability - extra-sensory perception - to find things. Uri Geller claims to have undertaken such work for companies keen to see if he can help them locate previously unknown oilfields and mineral deposits. The technique has been used by intelligence agencies too, though details of the British study only emerged this year.

History
The term remote viewing was coined in the Seventies by researchers at the Stanford Research Institute, in America. Their work soon attracted the attention of US intelligence officials. The Americans knew that the Soviets were studying parapsychology and were worried that the USSR might make a breakthrough in an area where the US had no expertise. In the language of risk management, this was a classic case of "low probability/high impact". In other words, there was no corporate belief in ESP and even the sponsors of the study were probably sceptical of the chances of success. But if it did work and if the technique could be harnessed by the government, the potential benefits were huge. That's why it was worth trying.

Both the Pentagon and the CIA funded remote viewing programmes, which went by codenames that included Grill Flame, Sun Streak and Star Gate. A few documents have previously been released under the US Freedom of Information Act and some of the former remote viewers have spoken out about their government work, which included searching for hostages in Beirut, arms dumps, drugs caches and terrorists, as well as attempting to identify the location of patrolling Soviet ballistic missile submarines.

In the Nineties, when I was running the MoD's UFO project, I found myself on the receiving end of all sorts of other strange reports. Within government, there was nowhere else to send them, so although such things were technically outside my terms of reference, I found myself getting drawn into subjects as diverse as alien abductions, crop circles and sightings of ghosts at military bases. I was contacted by a handful of people who claimed to have ESP abilities and who volunteered to become 'psychic spies' for their country. I set them a few basic tests and recall being unimpressed by their abilities. But I had regular dealings with the Defence Intelligence Staff (DIS) in relation to my research and investigation into the UFO phenomenon and as I recall, I had some speculative discussions with them about remote viewing. But I don't recall putting anything down on paper and the idea of running an MoD remote viewing programme went no further, at least in my mind. In 1994 I was promoted and left the UFO project for another MoD post. Now it transpires that the MoD did sanction a remote viewing project after all, albeit several years later. Because of the compartmentalised nature of the Department and the need to know principle, I wasn't consulted on this and played no part in the study.

The MoD Study
Proof of the highly classified study's existence was obtained earlier this year by Timothy Good, an author and researcher recognised as one of the world's leading authorities on UFOs and the unexplained. He used the Freedom of Information Act to ask that the MoD release any documents the Department held on remote viewing. His request took several months to process because of the sensitivities involved, but the MoD did finally respond, releasing a 168 page report which had formerly been classified UK Secret. Large sections of the report have been blacked out because the MoD believe their release would compromise defence interests in relation to the working practices of the DIS. Other sections have been blacked out because the MoD judge that release would undermine international relations. This is almost certainly a reference to the US, because the report draws heavily on American research and is likely to include details of MoD liaison with the US intelligence community with regard to remote viewing.

The MoD's remote viewing study was undertaken in 2001 and the report into this work was dated June 2002. Details of the distribution are not known, because the MoD has withheld this information, but only three copies of the report were ever made. Some of the work was carried out by a commercial company, presumably on a contract basis. Again, details of this company's identity have been withheld by the MoD.

The initial plan was that the study should use known remote viewers. An internet search was carried out and a number of potential recruits were identified and contacted, though no indication was given that the real sponsor was the MoD. A commercial property was rented, to further disguise the fact that this was a government programme. However, for a number of reasons, those people contacted either failed to reply or declined to get involved. The study then fell back on the strategy of using people with no declared track record of remote viewing. We don't know who these 'novices' were, but one possibility is that they were military personnel 'volunteered' by their chain of command.

Firstly, the remote viewers were given a detailed questionnaire which included such questions as "at what age did you have your first psychic experience?" and "have you ever participated in a séance?". The experiments themselves were carried out under rigorously controlled conditions. The remote viewers were placed in a room with a monitor (i.e. the person undertaking the tests), who would have photographs of six test targets, which included buildings, places, events, objects and people. Below each photograph was a basic question such as "what is this place?", "where is this place?" or "who is this person?". The MoD has withheld details of some targets, but others have been declassified. They included photos of a wine glass, a knife, a petrol station forecourt and Mother Teresa.
The remote viewers were monitored by a sophisticated array of equipment. Each was recorded on tape and video, and measurements were taken with sensitive electronic and magnetic probes, to see whether electromagnetic fields have a bearing on remote viewing, as some people have previously suggested.

The Results

In the end, eighteen remote viewing sessions were undertaken. Much of the declassified report consists of detailed records of the individual sessions, recording the remote viewers' behaviour during the sessions and assessing the results. Some of the results were bizarre and hilarious. One subject wrote the word "rats" in block capital letters. Another failed to write anything at all. One subject fell asleep and the highly classified report contains the priceless sequence of comments "deep breathing; asleep?", "snoring" and "probably asleep", finishing with a reference to the monitor: "leaves and turns off recorders".

Intriguingly, while some remote viewers are adjudged not to have accessed the target, some assessments stated that "the subject may have accessed the target" or that the subject "had accessed some of the features associated with the target". In fact, despite the fact that the subjects were complete novices, 28% of the sessions were scored in this way. Looking ahead, the report's author said that this could serve a baseline against which to measure the performance of more able psychics in later tests.

The report states that two psychologists took part in some of the initial remote viewing sessions, but says that they were unhappy about undertaking this work and refused to take part in further sessions. Again, the details of their objections have been withheld by the MoD.

The Sensitive Targets
The ultimate aim of this study is not apparent because much of the critical information is still being withheld by the MoD. But there is a telling clue in the document that has been released. Reference is made to the first phase of the study, aimed at recruiting remote viewers. There is then mention of a second phase, which the report describes as being aimed at "the selection of one or more individuals who it is felt can be 'trusted' to be used for the sensitive targets".

The "sensitive targets" are not detailed, or if they are, the information has been blacked out. Another part of the report talks about the "conclusion of the task" and makes reference to "follow-up work including the search for ..." - the rest of the sentence is blacked out. So what are the targets? We can't be certain, but based on the CIA's project and bearing in mind the date of the MoD study, it would be surprising if the targets did not include Osama Bin Laden, and perhaps the weapons of mass destruction that some believed Iraq possessed. In a sense, the DIS will have regarded remote viewing as just another potential means of gathering intelligence - and like any intelligence-gathering capability, the issue is how best to focus your capability on current requirements, and in particular, on the high-value targets. Intriguingly, one page that is almost entirely blacked out obviously features a photograph of an individual. The question underneath was not blacked out, perhaps in an oversight. It reads "Asian inhabitant. What colour is he wearing?" Could this have been Bin Laden?

Of course, these were only the test targets and when the story broke, the MoD press office described the study in language which suggested that the Department was simply undertaking an intellectual exercise to validate academic research. Naturally, however, the DIS will have been hoping the study would succeed and would have been looking ahead to the development of an operational remote viewing capability. The "sensitive targets" quote cited above makes this fairly obvious.

Conclusion
Since the story broke in the media I have discussed it with some of the world's leading experts on remote viewing, including Hal Puthoff and Paul H. Smith. I have also been interviewed about it on Newsnight, British Forces Broadcasting Service and numerous BBC radio stations. In all of this I have made clear my absolute support for the MoD, in the face of criticism that this was a waste of time and money (the MoD say £18,000 was spent on the study). My only criticism is with the methodology. It seems to me that several factors combined to make the study less successful than might otherwise have been the case. Firstly, the highly classified nature of the study precluded consultation with the very people who could have given advice on how best to select the remote viewers, test them and develop the operational remote viewing programme that must have been the ultimate goal. Secondly, the selection process was both flawed and unsuccessful. Searching the internet for people who claim to have remote viewing skills would probably have turned up all sorts of con artists and deluded individuals, alongside some of the people genuinely associated with the US government's now defunct remote viewing programmes, or involved in academic research into the subject. But the highly classified nature of the study meant that the approaches to these people could make no mention of the fact that this was a government study, and the MoD was unable to get co-operation from the people they had targeted and whose participation they really needed. My overall assessment, based on my 21 years service in the MoD, is that the study was well-intentioned, but that the errors in the methodology meant that it was a missed opportunity.

So, what happened after the study? Were further tests undertaken? Were lessons learned and was an operation remote viewing programme ever developed? We don't know. But perhaps the MoD let slip one small clue. In responding to questions from the media, the MoD press office said the study was of "little value to the MoD". That's not quite the same as "no value to the MoD".

Alarming Truths about Ancient and Modern Cults Revealed

Here's the latest press release from the publicist:

The British scholar and visionary, Philip Gardiner, may be the world's leading expert on cults and secret organizations. In his recent best-selling books and hundreds of articles, as well as radio and TV appearances including a Discovery Channel series, Gardiner crusades for the truth. His latest foray into the dark and sinister world of secret sects has resulted in a riveting new book and dvd, Secret Societies: Gardiner's Forbidden Knowledge, Revelations About the Freemasons, Templars, Illuminati, Nazis, and the Serpent Cults.

In one hair-raising incident during his global journey to research and uncover little known societies, Gardiner is driven out of Berlin in a black Mercedes by members of a secret organization believed to have disappeared after WWII; he eventually arrives at a modern Nazi secret meeting.

Delving into closely guarded, hidden worlds, his experiences often mirror the fictional world of the Da Vinci Code. In the new book and dvd, Secret Societies, Gardiner examines mysterious belief systems, the legendary origins of Freemasonry and the links to serpent cults; and, he investigates the hidden meaning of King Arthur and Robin Hood and the claimants to the name of Illuminati. Among startling revelations are previously unknown links between the Vatican and the Nazi Party. He discusses in-depth the threads running from the secret organizations of centuries ago to the living cults and cabals of today, and their influence on our minds and our ways of life.

Always controversial, Philip Gardiner is committed to his constant struggle to uncover the real history of mankind and the unraveling of manipulative propaganda. His search for the ultimate truth can often result in extraordinary revelations. He is a popular radio and TV guest and conference headliner, appearing on Fox News, the BBC, the Art Bell Show and hundreds more programs. He will speak this year at the International and Scientific Symposium in Australia; the Forbidden Knowledge Conference in England; and the 700th Anniversary of the Great Suppression of Ancient Mysteries, in Paris, before heading to the United States for a national media tour. Gardiner is in pre-production on several new documentaries and focusing on his newest books as well as gearing up for his own US radio show.

Gardiner is the international best-selling author of Gnosis: The Secret of Solomon's Temple Revealed; The Ark, The Shroud, and Mary; Secrets of the Serpent, The Shining Ones; and The Serpent Grail as well as being an award winning documentary maker.

Just Back from the Outback

Well, I just returned from my tour of Australia where I predominately gave a speech at the International Scientific and Metaphysical Symposium in Sydney. Everybody there was just great. Some fascinating lectures from the likes of George Knapp on the Skinwalker Ranch and the weird events there. I have to admit I did spend a few nights having the occasional beer with George, who is not just a very clever man, but also a very nice man indeed. Other people included Mary Rodwell, who told us all about her investigations into the Indigo Children phenomena - whatever one wishes to think, it was still very thought provoking.

I was deeply impressed with Australia as a nation. The land is beautfiful and varied. The wildlife still very much wild and memories of Kangaroo's and trees filled with Fruit Bats shall remain with me forever. Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and many other places have left their mark on me and as George himself pointed out, the "Sheila's" are particularly pretty down under.

Now I have returned I have yet another book and dvd launch to get involved with - Secret Societies - which has just come out and New Page have once again produced a lovely looking book, so thanks guys.
