Ah, the Ingo Swann website. This one has been in the links list here at BoT since the very early days. Always worth a repost though, for the benefit of newer members.

While I disagree with Swann on rather a lot of points, there is no denying his presence as a justified authority in the Para research community. The fellow was after all primarily responsible for devising the RV protocols of Sun Streak/Star Gate fame.

Mr Neb and I live on a corner. I've seen my current cat wake up from a nap and head into the hallway just as Mr Neb was turning the corner prior to pulling into the driveway. I think it was because she recognized the sound of his vehicle as it came up to the stop sign.

Of course, it possible could be she was tuned into his brain waves as well.

Classify my mental ability

This post is more about psychology than any mental phenomena. But it's a response to your concern about people being crazy.

Perhaps you should remind those people you love that the clinical definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over, expecting different results.

Believing or doing strange things does not mean insanity. Insanity has to have a chronic element to it (happens again and again). And if they feel that leaving you is a rational fear of craziness, then this is clearly not so, because they would have to isolate a very chronic issue rather than a belief system.

Eg:

Crazy--

"I will walk into this wall and a purple jelly fish will pop out of it. I've walked into it a hundred times already, but this time it will happen for sure."

Not crazy--

"I think a purple jellyfish lives inside that wall. Perhaps if we analyze this we will find this to be the case."

The other concept psychologists may use is about being realistic. Some may say that belief in paranormal things is unrealistic, though still sane. It is considered our responsibility to be realistic about things- so if you end up homeless because you're unrealistic, that's your problem. But your friend doesn't have to fear you- many realistic people are still more violently dangerous than many unrealistic people.

In fact . . . psychopaths have a reputation for being very capable of getting good jobs, having an orderly family, being patient or resilient. Everyone around them would assume they're a "model of mental health" The only problem is- human life is meaningless to them. They'll chop you up in pieces and feed you to a dog without a second thought- as long as it suits their concept of an orderly life.

Does PSI exist and can we prove it?

There is tons of evidence of PSI if you get away from the main stream sources which are controlled. For instance,

Jessica Utts did some extensive statistical analysis on many sources of PSI.
http://www.stat.ucdavis.edu/~utts/

Hawaii Remote Viewers Guild has lots of examples. One of my favorites is the "Ontario ice circle"
www.hrvg.org

I've done a lot of research and have recorded many instances of PSI that are over 100,000 to one against chance. A few were millions or 10's of millions to one. Some of these were recorded with the "Magic Mind Analyzer" program. I've noticed that PSI will often occur when least expected. Thus subsequent trials will often come out random.

I've also been doing things that look like miracles of healing and coincidence with EFT. The basic course is free.

psychic vampires, past lives

There are some scams going around regarding psychics, one tells you have a bad aura or something like that, and another person gives you 'light', a positive energy source, what they do in the long run is to part you with money. As with scams, there are always more than one person working, so the bad and good ones that came to your cousin are no doubt partners in crime,

Quote:
.he related the above story to my cousin in very close detail. he has only known her a month. there is no way he could no anything about her since they have NEVER met before. at all.

He doesn't know her, but he knows the other person who told her originally that she was a psychic vampire, the mud clears.

She has nothing to fear, they are working on her vulnerabilities.

I'm not too knowledgeable in the area of Spirit Guides albeit fascinated..I'm sure there is a wealth of information here on the topic and I'll try to seek it out.

The story of Black Hawk is one of my favs - love the strong warrior types (he he), anxious to here details from your trip to the battle site...

Hi ...
It fascinates me as well...I have a friend in the UK that sent her Roman guide to assist me in my developmental aspirations ...at first misconstrued the flapping of his cape as wings as he assumed his military persona when addressing me in deference to the romantic methodology he employs with her ...the automatic writing with him was another sort of awakening that I will always be grateful for and he shows up from time to time as sort of teacher, but they have both made it clear that he is HER guide ...my own three are another issue ....one of them HAS issues...
I have not attempted writing with Black Hawk as of yet but I did get a strong sensed of aversion in reference to the Battle of Bad Ax so i will not bring it up ....

I know I can give away luck. I'm a very lucky person. Just last week I was aching for a road trip and then I found out that I had family moving to a nearby town and drove to see them. They had been looking for a house for 3 weeks while staying in a motel. The first full day I was here they found one! I think it does have a lot to do with your outlook. Good thoughts create good outcomes. (Obviously not foolproof, but helpful)
