It's very interesting. I remember this guy in the news here in Iceland a while back but he's deceased. I don't know about conspiracy theories. Anyway, conspiracy theories are not the issue here. Even if the title indicates a "conspiracy", please just listen to what's being said there about zero-point energy, that's the whole point of the movie. Focusing on a conspiracy theory is wasted energy. The real significance is what this guy's ideas actually were.

Honestly there's not much surprise (imo) in Meyers' claims. The majority of Teslas' really anomalous results were achieved when he shifted his focus to really high frequencies and voltages at relatively low amperage.

The vid didn't say anything specific about technical details but I'm betting that the extreme efficiecies Meyer reported were achieved when he hit the resonance frequencies for his individual cell configurations... resonance was also key in Teslas' work.

Some additional info on Meyer and others doing similar work can be found here. Most seem to run afoul of the silly "we don't have an explanation for why it works, so it doesn't work" attitude of patent officials and govt agencies.
