My whole life I've constantly had moments where I just suddenly "shiver". It's as if a feeling something towards my spine and even though I want to I just have to shake. I assume this happens to most people, but for some reason people always tend to look at me strangely when it happens, as if they don't know what's going on.

I'm now under the impression that either ghosts/spirits are going through my body or interacting with it in some way. I don't have any reason for this except my own intuition, so I'm wondering if others have experiences like this and have come to this conclusion.

There was also an incident that occured when I used to live abroad in the north. I was trying to cast a spell in the benefit of my partner, and I had thought I protected very well against any outside interference. However one thing not protected against was my racing mind, which frequently was distracted by useless thoughts. I have a feeling something went wrong, because after that I always felt a strange presence in my room. A month went by, I went back home to the south to visit family and the presence was mostly gone. When I got back it was still there though, and seemed stronger than ever.

One night I had neglected to close the closet door (something which I have always done because I worry it leaves portals open...) and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning I had fully expected to find a monster/evil spirit sitting on the chair across the room. I turned the light on and of course did not see anything, but I could still feel the presence in the room. It was as if it put itself into a type of stealth mode just to observe me. When I left the room I could feel the presence go stronger. I honestly have no idea what to make of all this.

Maybe I'm just being a little bit too metaphysical about things? I was very unhappy living at the place where this happened, so that could have triggered this. I'm now living back in the south, where I haven't sensed so much bad "energies".

My body will occasionally shiver the way you describe, but it's never tweaked my intuition as a significant event - for me. I have had the experience of an entity passing through me; this was someone who'd passed but who was still hanging around in a semblance of their human form (which is the long way around saying 'ghost') and the encounter was in a cemetery as I attended a funeral, which sounds hokey even to me but there it is.

Anyway, that was an amazing experience although I don't have any idea what the purpose might have been other than the guy entertaining himself. Sometimes things happen that just don't have that much purpose.

I wonder if you have any idea why you're experiencing these interactions, and I wonder if it's possible that - aside from the 'bad' entity you encountered when you lived in the north - this is your spirit community trying to establish contact?

In my own personal experience I've found that there is a group of individuals with whom I share a part of my spiritual space. We seem to be heading in generally the same direction, spiritually speaking, at least for now. Individuals come and go some, but the core group is always there.

I've spoken with other people who also have conscious contact with their spirit communities; some identify the individuals as Guides, others as angels; some seem to be ancestors and relatives; some are difficult to describe. So I wonder what you feel about the possibility that these individuals with whom you're currently interacting might be members of your spirit community..?

That is purely..100%.....Kundalini Energy.

The better you treat yourself, the more you meditate, the better your health is, the more you attempt to play with it, activate it, culture it, control it....the stronger you will become.

And the more it will slip you into true multi-dimensionality.

It is a force to be reckoned with. Be careful. You can cause quite the mess around you if you are not careful with it. But...in essence.. you are exactly the kind of individual that buddhists would have liked to get ahold of as a child, when it comes to training one for understanding such energies.

Eat well, no north American white man's food. Good fresh veggies, protein based eating to stay slim, with good exercise,..and you'll peak the energies quite powerfully. When it is strongest, it will blow any sexual orgasm you can care to imagine, completely out of the water in it's intensity. For me, they've been so powerful that I have blanked out for up to 20 minutes. But it took some work to get there. The kind I've spoken of.

Thanks guys for the replies. I'm already looking into Kundalini energy and the meditation techniques. You are dead on about diet - everything even stuff that come from whole food stores is filled with things that I can feel are messing me up in one way or another.
