Due to some spamming in the comments section of the BoT Gallery in the past, new user approval for the Gallery is now done by Gallery administrators only.

Due to an influx of new names awaiting approval, most of them not being BoT members and potential spammers trying to get in, we're requesting that you let us know if you would like to be approved for the Gallery. This will allow us to quickly get rid of the names that have may have ill intentions, thus making our approval job easier. It will also speed up the time it takes for us to get to your name for approval.

We're currently getting rid of all of the unapproved and potential spammers' names. As a result, some honest BoT members awaiting approval may be accidentally deleted in the process. This is especially so if we don't recognize the user name.

If you are a member of BoT, have registered for the Gallery, and have not been approved yet, please let us know in this thread in the Help section.

If you have not yet registered for the Gallery, but would like to do so, the same applies: Register for the Gallery and then let us know that you are wanting approval in in the above mentioned thread. The same thread also gives some very clear and easy to follow instructions pertaining to registering and uploading to the Gallery for those of you who may be having trouble.

For those who intend to register with the BoT Gallery for the purpose of spamming and trolling, you will be banned from the Gallery and your account will be deleted. There will be no questions asked and no warnings given.

I'm bumping this thread up for our new members who would like to register for the Gallery.

I've also noticed some members names awaiting approval on the users' list, but they've not asked for approval. We can't approve you until you ask us. The reason for this is, for all we know, it could be a spammer using a member's name and email address in an attempt to sneak in. Yep, they're sneaky like that.

So if you've registered for the Gallery but have not yet been approved, please post your request in the following thread:
