A couple of times tonight my posts just "hang" and the little wheel whizzes round but nothing happens ?. I close , end ,exit , switch off! even and it is still in processes... the only way to get rid is to go to task manager and end task.... any ideas what may be causing this. Its not very often , but has happend about three of four times tonight.... !

Someone hasn't sent you some dodgy virus ridden emails lately have they?

Is it the same thread causing the lock-up or is this happening for anywhere you post, if it's the same thread, it might be because it's trying to fetch images from another site like photobucket or whatever, and can't (in time). Having said that it should timeout eventually.

If it's wherever you post, something is interrupting the posting process, like an antivirus program or spyware checker or something or at least it sounds that way to me. Another thing to look out for is the timing, ie does it occur at the same time ?
