The Call about help!
How do you do, write I you from Georgian city Gori. The Russian aviation destroyed my house, have burned; burnted all belongings, all property and documents. I and my family remained empty-handed. Worked I bank, bank too damaged from Russian artillery! Work too no. There is only cellular telephone, through which I can communicate and call at in internet. Help me and my family, please!!! The Purse for translation of the facilities Z364118442571.
On telephone is installed program WM Keeper Mobile - a single source, through which I can find the living.
This post is very strange as your ip address shows you located elsewhere. Can you explain!

Looks like Matey also posted at city-data.com. I did a google search and that showed up. I can't seem to wrap my one working brain cell around any of it. If he needs help for his family and himself, why is he looking for the living. Is his family no longer living? That would be scary.
Does a cell phone have an IP address? I thought it worked on a different system. Of course, I am lucky if my cell phone works around here. We have some major interference. I can't imagine being in a war torn place and having a cell phone service. Wouldn't they take out communication towers?
I have to say it is definitely a strange post. Will be interesting to see if Matey ever comes back.

Interesting that each word is spelled correctly given his/her apparent difficulty with the English language.

translation software might fix that, or just a plain spellchecker.

I just switched to a Jitterbug because my cell phone had the god like notion that it could do too much. I have not checked out new cell phones in a while except online.

BTW.... You seem to know something about this system Matey was using to reach out to the world through BoT and city-data forums. How was he able to stay on the site so long? I didn't know if he forgot to hang up. That seemed like a bad idea if there was no way to charge his battery.

well if he posted then hung up, then there may have been a period of time where he appeared to still be on, but in fact was not. this happens when one side disconnects without notifying the other with a tcp ACK command. it usually happens when one computer (or cell in this case), crashes or is turned off in a dramatic fashion (such as a power failure).can also happen if the connection is interrupted or cut suddenly (such as an isp going down, or a data line cut).
i just know about TCP connections, i have no legit way to find out ip addresses/times/ or any other non-public info from BOT.
