My first thought was Manet's painting "The execution of Maximilian", however, after googling to be sure, its not. A lot of similarities though.

By the way 3rd of May 1808 was the basis of composition by Monet for emperor Maximilian painting (since Dee Goya was the first of the modern and last of old masters and frequently referred to by Manet, Picasso and Degas for their painting)
