I can't beleive i was that stupid or desperate to do this, cause the signs of this being a fraud was apparent.

i of course, signed up for a free horoscope at sara-freder.com, and eventually she sent me an email saying all this BS about who terrible my life is and things can be super if i paid her and she would do all this stuff for me, so i made broken payments of $96, she sent me all these lucky numbers and dates and told me i was going to get a lot of money and i will be successful and happy, and i was so p*ss-poor about my life (can't get a job, no help, no friends), i believe it and gave her my debit to pay out of my already scarce account, but of course, all of it was bogus. i should have known better, i should've researched before i even considered, but instead googled her after i suspected the fraud.
she had a money back gaurantee right at the site but ppl say that is fake too.

PLEASE, has this happen to anybody here???
can anyone tell me the easiest and quickest way to get every cent back and make sure she no longer has access to my account? i am poor as it is, but i did learn my lesson, i can't lose anymore money, i need rent and food!

You could demand your money back as she does offer a satisfaction guarantee... this is nothing to do with a prediction guarantee ... it is a satisfaction guarantee of her work.I would therefore send her a brief note to say you are unsatisfied and request a refund.Do NOT get drawn into a debate on it ; state fact only.You require a refund.
If you she requests details, state her guarantee back to her... do not get drawn out on the reasons , or she may drag out ever refunding . Simply state you are unhappy with her work , you are not satisfied , or however you do feel about this.

The company that processes her card processing of payments is a french company LCL ... le Credit Lyonnais.
This is shown on the website , I would suggest you contact these with the details of amount , date and name of yourself and her user name , it will be on your email from her confirming she has taken your money.
Tell LCL and your own bank you do not want any further payments processed by her...

I cannot guarantee that this will work , or that it will not cause processing problems if you pay other items through LCL but it may well prevent her processing any more funds.

Speak if you can to a representative from LCL and from your own bank and ask for advice too. you do not have to explain what the supply was , but state that you are concerned she will over collect payments.

I think it is unlikley she will refund , but there again , she is unlikely to want bad press , so she may.

The Sara Freder's et al, are standard Internet Scam Artists, who may not necessarily even be a Woman, but for instance could even be a Nigerian Man/Men in Africa working a Computer in an Internet Cafe.

They always give you a free reading, telling you every nice detail that you wish to read, then in spite of the free reading, always go on to ask for money.

Remember the old adgage:- "Once bitten, twice shy".

The Internet is chock-a-block with Scam Artists, who work 24/7 in trying to relieve one of their hard earned income.

Hopefully you did not give Her/Them your Bank detals, as those Artists can electronically clean out your Account.

Somehow I fell for a free horoscope or something similar many years ago, although I never puechased anything of her. I just found it extremly shallow but this one mistakemresulted in spam for the better time of a year or so. All there is to do is block and delete it, eventually it will fade out although you have to be patient about it.
The easiest thing to do must be contacting your bank and have them stop her from drawing money from your account.
