I'm sorry I find this hard to believe but none the less interesting

Wildlife officials or other animal experts should be able to determine whether it was a known animal or not fairly easily. If it's not any known predator, it may still be feral dogs. In the cases in my region, feral dogs will tend to tear apart an animal before they kill it. They're really messy. The tracks of dogs are different in several ways than wild canids as well. If these scenarios don't fit the bill, then we should consider any similarities with Yowie reports. Ya never know.

It is hard to believe because the story is false.

The so called Yowie print appears to be an oven hand (you know where you use a hand glove to take things out of the oven)? plastered into the sand.

The Yowie is homo erectus and leaves modern looking footprints not a hand glove looking print. I can show a hand glove I have next to this print to show you if your interested. The squareness at the back of the ankle/pad shows it to be fake!!!

Typical of a Yowie??? Where did he get that from..thin air?? Seeing what could be a yowie days before and then a killed animal is discovered, you cannot state that the two are even connected, and im 100% convinced they are not related. Judging by the so called print shown it shows they haven't a clue of what they are even searching for.

The bottom line is; No Yowie killed a dog..sensational headlines sells newspapers, but causes great discredit to the filed of Hominology.
