It is a strange one..and..for as slow as it is crossing the sky..it is not what I originally thought when I first started watching the video. Then the second one appears..

Hello.......I have watched this vid repeatedly. It looks like a meteor, mostly because of the particulate or, what looks like particulate material being left in the passing, the wake of it. If I jump frames the shape and intensity of the particulate "cloud" remain constant and follow without changing, at least it seems to.

Then there is the second object?.......seems to follow the first, the meteor seems to make sense until the velocity registers when the people start moving around. The very large celestial objects seem to move slow even though they are moving fast just because of size..........maybe it's an un-announced NEO, and a very large one at that, with a satellite.That's just a guess.........I don't know what those things are? Thanks Entity, good find.

See..This is my problem..if it were a meteor or a meteorite they would cover that area of sky far faster than 2 minutes...

It sure does look like a comet...but..again..it cannot be. If it were indeed something of that size we would have been long, well aware of it. It would have appeared large than Hail-Bop. I think we all saw how long it was in the sky for..So..IMO a comet is out.

Some one mentioned that it was the same night a rocket launch..but...that would have been a sideways traveling rocket.

Then we have the second object appear..and travel...the same path...

It's got me stumped on anything explainable...accept...of course...maybe...a..UFO.

Really...though, I don't know what to make of it yet....It is just weird.

We used to drive to las vegas from san pedro every weekend...for 3 years! We'd leave about 2 or 3 am and get there about sunrise. We saw many things burning up on entry. Always a flame of some sort. This has no flame to speak of. Then that second object comes in! Maybe it was a craft in trouble and a second coming to help? We'll never know.

I couldn't tell you what it was but what a good catch on the security cam.

I've seen a meteor break up in the atmosphere slowly. It is an amazing sight, orange glowing embers and sparkles as it breaks up slowly and crosses the sky. It usually isn't white like this and usually leaves a longer tail. That was too high and slow. It was something else. The tail was wider than usual meteors. The other light shows us this was indeed something entering the upper atmosphere that needed to be followed. But what was it?

It is always more difficult to decipher what is being seen..when it is at a great distance.

And on tape.

All of these are awesome videos and all real of some type of occurrence. Those were fantastic AE. The second one I'd seen and looking at the first one, maybe that second one was a missile of some kind. We can see missiles from Vandenburg here in the valley sometimes. All of these could fall in the same category, missiles.

But the first video, watched all the way trough, doesn't really match any missile. Who knows...

wow this is a pretty good video of a comet, it's pretty close too, this must've been high up in the mountains for it to look so big... Look at how you can see the tail-dust disperse in the atmosphere, not a UFO, but a foreign celestial body nonetheless.

At the end of the video it certainly doesn't look like no comet (notice the light at the bottom moving at the same speed as the object). It looks like the area has been fabricated to appear reflective or curved via video-editing equipment. It's almost as if it's shaped to bend light around the object itself to remain undetectable. If that were true, there's no reason for there to be that odd light at the bottom of the object as it moves away, unless of course it was some sort of wave device being used to scan the landscape or some other unknown technology.

After jogging the vid back and forth a few dozen times I noticed a dust layer remains in the skyline after the objects pass.
I dont see the big object on the other side of the flagpole. the path should come out just above the roofline of the building. you can see sky can't you or is that another building?

Showed this to a friend. His opinion was this is a misfired staged rocket. the second piece is the tumbling 1st stage is why it appears to change shape. A couple of the other vids could also be that. I never listen to my friend, he doesn't believe!

P.S. past the light pole is a warehouse not sky.

It does appear to be seen through the trees shortly..then..only the tail seen...there may be a building back there..but..the sky is still visible...above the roof..where whatever that is..continued..

I agree Kira..It doesn't really look like a rocket or whatever...if it were an errant projectile as such..we would see a self destruction take place...and if it were a rocket launch that was fine, then still don't get why it is not climbing still, but actually appearing to lose altitude.
