There is some irony in decrying "political science" and looking to the "suppressed" thoughts of an economist and not a climate scientist. Anyway, Real Climate did an excellent job addressing this.

There's also more than a touch of irony in the apparent overlooking of the entire preface to the paper dismissed by the EPA.
