This photograph is from a Russian web site devoted to exploration of ancient mysteries, ancient civilization, and UFOS. Very little information is provided about the origin or dating of this picture, presented as remains of the infamous "Dropas", alleged aliens or alleged ancestors of aliens that crashed to Earth a very long time ago.

This spaceman with large eyes or glasses appeared on the cover of the "Saucerian Bulletin." This bulletin was edited by Gray Barker, a lover of mysteries and author of "They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers" and "The Silver Bridge." Barker is also known for having published fiction as fact for the sake of entertainment, he confessed on occasion that he did not take the subject of UFOs seriously; so, unless I find more information to justify interest in this picture, let's put a temporary blank on it.

The reader who forwarded this image to me on June 14 2003 indicates: "Here a curious photograph, it was taken in 1956 in the USA, the witness claims that an entity attacked with "a ball which throws flashes" right after the photograph is taken, according to certain sources there had also been a UFO observation at this time."
"Note that the creature does not really have shoulders and a rather disproportionate head (a helmet?)"
"Does this picture deserve to be published on your site?"
Well, yes, but in the lacking-sufficient-data category for the moment of course.

According to some web sites, a woman named Milagros Garcia claims to be a human-alien hyprid, the offspring of an alien encounter. It is claimed that "upon sampling of her blood, the results show a very unusual DNA. Although this type of DNA is possible in humans it is 'very rare' and worth further research."
I have found zip real information on that story so far.
On the left of the picture is Milagros Garcia's mother and Milagros Garcia is on the right.

This attractive person made quite an impression at the first International UFO Congress convened in Tucson, Arizona, in November 1991, when she introduced herself as Omnec Onec from planet Venus to some 300 attendants.
She looked 35, but claimed to be 439. Obviously quite intelligent; one of the admirers said:
"She said she had solved the interplanetary transportation problem as simply as she had solved the planetary surface temperature problem. She so eloquently explained how she merely hyper-jumped dimensions. And everyone there understood. No one ever understands Stanton Friedman's explanations about time-travel physics, but everyone understood Omnec. at least the interdimensional things. Her true message was one of spiritual development and universal love. But she could discuss Grassman Algebra if you wanted to."
So why do I file this lady in the "insufficient data" file? The picture is authentic and the story full of details. However, where is any evidence that she does travel though interdimensionnal realms?

This photo has been doing the rounds for some time now. Does anyone have any solid proof regarding this either way? Would love to hear back from those who know the full story behind this one.scribbler
