When I was little they would float down from the ceiling; beings of light. Things would move in my room and I couldn't have been more than five. Papers would flutter, my lamp would spin... and I would listen to them speak and for years they came to visit every day. "It's not time yet." Always the same conversation, the same message. I would tell my mother and she would laugh... "There's nothing here."
I never knew what "it's not time yet" meant until I was older and as the years went by I would begin to collect clocks... I was obsessed with clocks... then came: 11:11. I've never been one to pay "attention" to time or schedules and this was something different. In fact I really don't pay attention to "time," nor wear a watch. I knew I was supposed to understand something but couldn't quite grasp what it was. I grew up and studied medicine and that's when it hit me. The answer was not exactly "time." It was something entirely different. It encompassed human genetics and something even deeper.

I remember growing up, being so fascinated with space and the universe. I felt a large part of me was drawn to live in this vast universe, rather then the little human body I inhabited. The universe to me at the time was finite, because it encompassed the Milky Way, the known planets in our solar system, our Sun and our Moon, then all the constellations symbolized by pictures of crabs and hunters and such…that to me was the entire universe. As I grew up, the known universe remained rather small in my mind. After all, we are the only living beings in the universe, why should it be any bigger than it is?

For those unfamiliar with the phrase Exopolitics: This is, in summary, the study of dynamics through Earth human affairs and their impact on an extraterrestrial level. It goes without saying that one in Exopolitics needs to believe somewhat in at least the vague chance that intelligent extraterrestrials are, or would soon be, interacting with our affairs.
There are, however, responsibilities within this study that go beyond just knowing a political situation. These are: (1) assessing pertinent human action for the survival of groups or individuals, given that extraterrestrials are interacting with Earth humanity, and (2) gathering evidence that humanity is indeed being influenced by advanced extraterrestrial beings, and (3) summarizing the extraterrestrial political situation relating to Earth humanity.
This paper is a hypothesis of the epistemical problems pending year 2012. Given that a time of awakening is approaching, a greater knowledge of extraterrestrial presence- We are being faced with revolutionary concepts particularly in cosmology and anthropology. We're finding evidence to support the idea that we are wrong in our conventional concept of the origins of humanity and the nature of the universe. Our statistical data is not necessarily so wrong. The problem with conventional research is more primarily with our dependency to conform permanently with a set theory. Instead of this trend, we should allow evidence to observe many different possible theories. We should move our collective thinking beyond the tarpits of sophism. We must keep an open mind.

Looking into the characteristics of the "alien" beings described in the Caponi Italy 1993 / Varginha Brazil 1996 and other sighting reports, it seems possible that such beings have been reported all over the world and at different times, but given different names. Various regional names (Chupacabras, Kappa, Jersey Devil, Kalanoro etc) hide the fact they all resemble eachother in their humanoid body plan, bipedal posture, number of digits (3), small arms, long legs, facial characteristics, aquatic habits, feeding habits etc.
A few days ago I stumbled upon a "Varginha Diary" article (undated) by Newton Augusto, who independently arrived at the idea that the Varginha beings could have been water-based:
"the idea of these creatures being water based comes from various aspects put together: [house-servant working for a military officer] witnessed video where the captured beings were seen inside water tanks. Membranes between fingers. Creature kept wrapped in wet sheets. The alien was seen at the zoo on a location just a few meters from the lake. Skin looking wet - amphibious like."

You know there are some questions that always bug me when I read books about alien abduction and visitation. What do these guys want from us? Why do they bother to abduct the same person more than once, what are they looking for that they canât get in one examination?
Why do they abduct so many people when one abduction would give them a sample of us? Their technology and technological intelligence is obviously way in advance of ours so what do we have that they donât have at their eight little fingertips? I âve just finished reading an amazing book called âThe Song of the Greysâ by an author I hadnât heard of before â Nigel Kerner and I think Iâve found the answer. The Greys, says Kerner, are after more than what we can physically offer them, they are after our SOULS!!!!!!

For those brave scientists who do not fear ridicule, nor the loss of their day jobs, the UFO/ET field is yielding a rich harvest. This harvest is not just for technocrats interested in reverse engineering alien technology. (See Col Philip Corsoâs book, The Day After Roswell). Like with any newly emerging field of endeavor the investigating scientists must be both intelligent and discriminating, else they become discouraged, lost in the maze of information and disinformation.
New scientific disciplines are evolving out of the UFO/ET field, and once again in old age, I find myself with a front row seat, on the leading edge of scientific discovery. Since early childhood I have been surrounded by very creative individuals. I was born into a family of early ecologists, which at the time was a newly emerging field of scientific inquiry in itself.

I would like to detail the case of a personal local contact that I had years ago. The contact was Sam Standland who was the biological father of a contactee friend of mine. ET contact runs in the family. My contactee friend put me in touch with Sam years ago and had me go interview him at his trailer where he lived east of Cairo Georgia about 30 miles. He had contacted the Pentagon to see if it was okay to talk but they did not get back with him right away so I went over to interview him along with my contactee friend.
It would seem that Sam had fallen through the cracks because his military records had been burnt up in a fire in the 1970's. After he talked with me, the Pentagon got back with him and when they found out that he had talked to me they read him the riot act and even threatened a friend of his that I had not had contact with. His trailer was burglarized and all his papers taken and were later replaced with new different ones. He and his friend went out and got drunk together after all this went down. Still he secretly told more of his story to his biological daughter over a period of several years.

With skinwalkers becoming the subjects of popular books and recently, movies, it is fair to ask about their origins. In August 1996, a team of scientists arrived on a remote ranch in NE Utah to investigate a bizarre litany of phenomena; including unidentified flying objects, animal mutilations, paranormal and poltergeist occurrences that appeared to erupt almost on a nightly basis. The list went on and on. The first piece of information the team learned from local people was that the ranch lay “on the path of the skinwalker”. Was the skinwalker responsible for the weird happenings on this ranch? What followed was a multi-year odyssey into the dark unknown as the science team tried to pursue, measure and photograph the elusive “skinwalker”. The complete account of the unprecedented research project is published in the book “Hunt for the Skinwalker”.

Are you of non-terrestrial reincarnational origin?
Since I first started doing past-life regressions a few years ago I have known that my spiritual origins are not Earth-bound. In my researches I have come to understand that there are a number of soul types here.
The one I want to talk about are “Starseeds” like me. Maybe at a later point I’ll have enough info to talk cogently on some of the others.
