“A skeptic is someone who would ask God for his ID card” Edgar A Shoaff
In the Beginning
Born Leningrad in the mid 1920's she was originally known as Nelya Mikhailova (her maiden name) most however, knew her as Nina Kulagina. Because she was only 12 when the Nazis invaded Leningrad, a lot of children then joined the miltary, she became a radio operator in a Russian tank regiment. In 1963 she came to the attention of Leonid L Vasiliev, a physiologist and parapsychologist he did some initial tests with her.
Vasiliev was checking groups of people for “Dermo Optic Vision” which was the ability to “feel” certain colours. Kulagina performed well in the initial tests.Vasiiliev however unfortunately died later in 1966.Zdenek Rejdak a scientist at the Prague Military Institute took his place, he and others were to perform many experiments with Kulagina in the coming years.

" Remote Viewing " (mental spying) was initially carried out by Eastern Block countries at the height of the " Cold War."
Secret PSI research associated with the state security and defense establishment was going on in the former U.S.S.R. and its many satellite communist countries since the early 50's.
Paradoxically, the Soviet Union, although based on pragmatic and dogmatic, no-nonsense materialistic principles devoid of any spiritual content, had since the early 1950's developed many PSI laboratories in order to study the applications of what the Soviets coined Psychotronic (bio energetic) research.

Telepathy is one of those subjects that you either accept as a possibility or reality, or as something without substance that is performed by clever illusionists. At it's core is the notion that seperate minds can link and interact regardless of distance or circumstance. It has a highly controversial history. Right up to the present day with those either side of the fence stating it's reality or dismissing it out of hand.
Last year, the British Association of Science set apart a section of its "Annual Festival of Science" to allow a scientist (Rupert Sheldrake) to discuss "Telephone Telepathy". We've all experienced this, or at least the majority of us. We think about a person seemingly out of the blue only to find the telephone rings and that person is the one who is calling, the one we were thinking about. As a result of the subject being discussed, the Association found itself at the centre of a huge controversy.

Eighteenth and nineteenth century physical science had completed and embellished the "golden age of a mechanistic and deterministic models of the universe" where the universe and its constituents are ruled by rigid interactive forces that can be measured, phenomena that can be predicted using mathematical tools, and where the universe or any system operating within it is made of the sum of its parts.
Light was thought to be an electromagnetic wave vibrating in an undetected, and later experimentally disproved media: "the ether", at certain rates of vibration that would define its color.

Time is the substance from which I am made. Time is a river that carries me along, but I am the river; it is a tiger that devours me, but I am the tiger; it is a fire that consumes me, but I am the fire.
—Jorge Luis Borges
The story you are about to read is true.
“John,” the voice on the phone said, “I have some very bad news.” My best friend George Sebastian Viguet (pronounced “Vee-gay”) had died that day of a massive heart attack, his wife informed me. Born in White Castle, Louisiana on January 24th, 1947 he was a vibrant, young man of 40 when his life ended suddenly that Monday morning—officially at 9:30 A.M. on November 9th, 1987.

Inside of Whom we ALL bathe, swim and dissolve
To my Israeli, Muslim, Christian, Agnostic, American, European, African, Asian, etc… brothers and sisters, and other battling or competing groupings of interests, nationalities, belief systems, and cultures.
To a world still fractured in ideas, philosophies, spiritual heritages, politics, goals, and seemingly coming apart at the seams. Peace be with you, in you, and surrounding you, soon.
I call upon all of you to please read the direct messages from One received in Jerusalem in the period from October 8th 2005, until November 22nd 2005, and published on this site on January 1, 2006. http://www.probablefuture.com/2006.htm

Learning to communicate telepathically with your animal friends isn’t as hard as you might think. Most animals are very inquisitive, friendly creatures and will usually readily communicate with humans.
It’s easier to communicate with our pet animals than it is to communicate with wild ones as our familiar animals have come to know and trust humans being a part of their lives (for the most part). Wild animals tend to not trust humans, so they can be more difficult to “talk” to although not impossible.
Your animal friends may be hard to “hear” at first. I think because we don’t realize that we’ve always talked to them! It is just so subtle, and so natural that we really don’t even notice we’re doing it!

Hello there! First off let me say that this article is for those who already have a rock solid belief in telekinesis. This article will not try to prove it or try to explain it. Telekinesis takes a vast amount of time, effort and motivation to achieve.
Personally it took me about three months of on and off practise just to move a piece of paper balanced on a thumbtack (here on referred to as a "psiwheel"). Of course it takes different amounts of effort for different people.
Before I move onto specific techniques let’s talk about objects that are easy to start off on. After all, very few people begin on pens! The psiwheel. Probably the object most practised on. Quite simply it’s a piece of paper (or tinfoil if you’re having trouble) resting on a pin, thumbtack or anything else with a point.

Mankind at the real cross (roads) Part I by Gerald O Donnell, article submitted by Leia with Geralds acknowledgement.
Remote Viewing probable future events for 2006 and 2007 Will our final passion focus on death, or on life and renewal?
For a number of years, information packets have been streaming in at the Academy of Remote Viewing and Influencing Reality about Probable Future events. Many referred to unpleasant proximate situations, and a great many were visions of a glorious new world.
Some have remained in the domain of quantum possibilities not energized by thought/consciousness, and many others did indeed crystallize as real events. Much is still to be revealed as we have felt that man’s free-will and choices within the creative matrix of life possibilities had to operate with as little interference as possible.
